According to news sources Lou Perryman famed creator and brain child of the original hit television series “Making the Band” and The man behind the Backstreet Boys and *NYSNC, Lou Pearlman, was convicted and found guilty on federal fraud charges in March on two counts of conspiracy, money laundering and using false statements in a bankruptcy hearing. A federal judge ruled his sentence can be reduced for every $1 million he returns to investors, a month will be shaved from his term.
